Qualification and skills:

·         Bachelor Degree in any field

·         Intermediate knowledge of English/French language, allowing the candidate to express his/her opinions in writing or speech under various circumstances

General professional experience:

·         A  minimum of 3 years in the communications field

Specific professional experience:

·         A minimum of one project including mass-media implementation for public institutions, from European funds (with recommendation);

·         A minimum of 3 years of experience in media planning
